PLEASE NOTE:   The form for Overseas Residents is for Magazine Subscriptions only.   If you are outside the UK and wish to apply for Membership of SCSBTS please contact our Membership Secretary for details and Membership rates in your Country.

We have two versions of the Membership / Magazine Subscription forms.   We recommend using one of our PDF versions which should be far simpler to print provided you have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.   If for any reason you have difficulty printing the relevant PDF form you can try the HTML forms below.   If you don't already have Acrobat Reader you can download a free copy by clicking on the Adobe badge.

Using the HTML Forms

Before printing this version you may need to adjust your page margins to ensure the whole form prints on one sheet.   For A4 paper size set your page margins to:-  Top and Bottom margins - 19mm (0.75").   Left and Right margins - 13mm (0.5").
